Monica’s path to real estate was not paved with shortcuts. A teen mother from Galveston County who graduated on time, earned her MBA, and spent seventeen years in corporate America at a Fortune 500 company before being laid off, Monica learned early that the only security worth having is the kind you build yourself. That layoff did not break her. It activated her. She launched a successful daycare business in San Antonio, then relocated to Houston to care for her aging parents, and stepped into real estate with the same fire she has carried her entire life.

The results spoke for themselves. Monica earned Rookie of the Year at a major brokerage within her first three months in sales, graduated from the Texas REALTOR® Leadership Program (TRLP), and was recognized by the Houston Association of REALTORS® as one of the Top 20 Under 40 Houston REALTORS®.
